Financial Controller

The Financial Controller will be a critical member of the finance leadership team, overseeing accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance. In addition to traditional controller duties, this role will be instrumental in systems implementations, M&A activity, and enhancing financial processes to support the company’s continued expansion. This position provides significant opportunities for professional growth and development as the company scales its operations.

Director, Engineering and Maintenance

The Director, Engineering and Maintenance drives results in a fast-paced environment by developing and executing engineering and maintenance strategies supporting on-going and future facility, utility, manufacturing and laboratory systems throughout the life cycle of an asset.  Engineering includes but is not limited to project scope, cost estimates, schedules, design, procurement, installation/construction, and plant engineering.  Maintenance includes but is not limited to preventative maintenance, work order repairs, and facilities programs including security, housekeeping, landscaping and pest control.  In addition, the Director, Engineering, and Maintenance supports the strategic development of the organizational capabilities of the department. 

Accounting Manager

The Accounting Manager will join a growing team that currently provides accounting and compliance services to 200+ early-stage companies. A successful Accounting Manager will collaborate with clients and team members to provide excellent accounting and compliance services that add value. The position reports to the Director of Accounting & Compliance and oversees the work of Staff Accountants.

HR Manager

This position is responsible for providing support for the Human Resources function, including but not limited to the following areas: employee relations, recruitment, performance management, training, and benefits supporting the corporate personnel (including remote employees, Canada, South & Latin America, Asia, Europe, and some corporate personnel at plants).  Works with the HR VP to establish and implement policies and programs that impact organizational success and position the company as an employer of choice.
